庞浩杰2010年毕业于沈阳航空航天大学设计艺术学院工业设计系。
大学四年到北京设计公司实习，整个大学四年级在设计公司实习中度过，为今后工作积累了丰富的实习经验。毕业后转正为职业工业设计师。
2013年到南京继续工业设计相关工作，亲自主导了几百例设计项目，从挖掘客户需求、设计研究、草图设计、产品设计到落地生产全流程的有了更全面的认知和理解，同时积累了丰富的团队管理与项目管理经验。
2017年与合伙人冯益茹联合创办杰果工业设计公司，担任首席工业设计师，设计总监。为提供更转专业和全面的设计服务，经营理念上追求“小而精、精而美”的发展模式，让我们有时间和精力为每一位客户提供更专业和负责人的设计服务；创业以来为众多企业提供过全流程设计解决方案。特别是与很多过客户建立了长期稳定的战略合作模式，为长期通过工业设计赋能企业发展打下基础。
杰果设计十分注重设计品质与服务质量，自成立以来，设计团队已获得国内外顶尖设计奖项36项。
2020年与冯益茹一起创办了杰果设计的自有设计品牌-杰果文创，其中開山红茶已经上市销售。
Pang Haojie graduated from the Industrial Design Department of the School of Design and Art at Shenyang University of Aeronautics and Astronautics in 2010.I interned at a Beijing design company for four years in college, and spent the entire fourth year interning at a design company, accumulating experience for my future workRich internship experience. 创立杰果设计以来，为众多知名企业提供专业的设计服务。客户主要有：菲尼克斯、蔚蓝科技、新华网、基蛋生物、禾柏生物集团、途牛、故宫文创、人民日报、珍爱网、分众传媒、红高粱集团、中国航天科工、晨光集团、峨眉山文创、华捷艾米等，过程中不断完善服务体系总结经验，不断延伸设计服务的深度，与众多客户建立了战略合作关系。
2020年主导创立杰果文创自主设计师品牌，其中開山红茶包装活动德国iF设计大奖，并进入南京多家销售门店售卖。
Feng Yiru graduated from university in 2009 and worked in 4A advertising for five years after graduation, accumulating rich experience in management and brand operation. During the 4A period, we mainly served world-class brand customers such as BMW, Infiniti, Mercedes Benz, Haier, JD.com, etc.
During this period, I have accumulated rich experience in internet advertising marketing and planning, and am skilled in digital media advertising placement and social media marketing planning.
The main clients we serve include Phoenix, NIO Technology, Xinhua News Agency, Jidan Biotechnology, Hebai Biotechnology Group, Tuniu, Palace Museum Cultural and Creative, People's Daily, Zhenai Network, Focus Media, Honggaoliang Group, China Aerospace Science and Industry Corporation, Chenguang Group, Emeishan Cultural and Creative, Huajie Amy, and many others, providing our team with a high-quality design service experience for our clients.

我们希望通过工业设计专业赋能企业，让每一件设计作品都是客户满意的一份杰出成果，这个初心就凝结成了公司的名字-杰果设计。
杰果工业设计是一家以“为创新品牌打造变革性产品与体验“为使命的年轻设计团队。
我们得设计服务内包括产品设计、品牌策略、文创产品开发三大方向，目前在南京有战略合作的优质包装厂、在苏州有手板加工厂，在深圳建立的较为完善的供应链管理体系，并入股了一家中型模具及注塑工厂，为合作伙伴的创新产品落地执行保驾护航。
打造“小而精、精而美”的是我们矢志不渝的经营理念和追求的目标。我们并没招募一个能快速同时处理多个大型项目的大型设计团队，而是选择打造一个小团队紧密的协同工作，确保每个项目我们都能投入足够的时间和精力，为更好的、更深入的提供专业的设计服务。

我们以用设计解决问题为设计理念，服务内容从设计研究与用户研究开始，对客户提供的设计需求深入解读。战略合作伙伴我们甚至会在项目早期介入产品定位、功能定义等重要的决策环节，从设计角度为客户提供更多的想法，草图创意阶段是我们非常重视的设计阶段，我们在短时间内提供尽量多的草图设计方案与客户深入探讨，深入到产品研发环节中。我们目前已经积累了超过一万多张优质的草图方案。并在项目过程中融入DFM设计理念，更好的为产品批量生产做好保障。

Jewgoo Industrial Design was established in 2017, and JEWGOO SIGN Nanjing Jieguo Cultural Development Co., Ltd. was jointly founded by Feng Yiru and Pang Haojie.
We hope to empower enterprises through industrial design expertise, so that every design work is an outstanding achievement that satisfies customers. This original intention has been condensed into the name of the company - Jewgoo Design.
Jewgoo Industrial Design is a young design team with the mission of creating transformative products and experiences for innovative brands.Our design services include three main directions: product design, brand strategy, and cultural and creative product development. Currently, we have a high-quality packaging factory with strategic cooperation in Nanjing, a prototype processing factory in Suzhou, and a relatively complete supply chain management system established in Shenzhen. We have also acquired a medium-sized mold and injection molding factory to ensure the implementation of innovative products for our partners.
Our unwavering business philosophy and goal is to create "small yet exquisite, exquisite yet beautiful". We did not recruit a large design team that could quickly handle multiple large-scale projects at the same time. Instead, we chose to create a small team that worked closely together, ensuring that we could invest enough time and energy into each project to provide professional design services for better and more in-depth work.As a result, Jieguo Design has accumulated high-quality customers who have a high understanding of design and a strong sense of value identification. They can give the design team the greatest trust and encouragement, and work together with designers to solve many problems in the product development process.Our design philosophy is to solve problems through design, and our service content starts from design research and user research, providing in-depth interpretation of the design needs provided by customers. As strategic partners, we may even intervene in important decision-making processes such as product positioning and functional definition in the early stages of the project, providing customers with more ideas from a design perspective. The sketch and creative stage is a design stage that we attach great importance to. We provide as many draft design solutions as possible in a short period of time to deeply discuss with customers and delve into the product development process. We have accumulated over 10000 high-quality sketch solutions so far. And integrate DFM design concepts into the project process to better ensure mass production of products.

我们的设计与服务流程
杰果设计的服务内容包含四大类：产品设计、品牌策略、包装设计、文创开发；项目早期，我们会仔细倾听以确认具体设计要求并明确与合作伙伴的共同目标，与此同时，在设计实施过程中，在产品定位、销售渠道、用户人群、功能体验、材料特性、成型方式、成本结构等方面做深入研讨，与合作伙伴研发团队保持密切沟通。高效密切的有效沟通是非常重要的。
我们也非常关注产品的价值，不做无用的设计。创造有价值的产品或者品牌，设计一定要从用户角度出发，而不是合作伙伴的决策团队。
草图设计是杰果设计团队一直坚持在做的设计研发过程的重要环节，我们会提供大量的手绘草图方案用于跟客户深讨论。在这个阶段会针对产品的定位，用户操作体验，功能排布及成型方式做全面的讨论，草图设计过程中融合了DFM设计理念，每款草图创意方案都会满足基本的制造要求。
杰果设计还会提供手板制作，包装打样等纵深服务，验证设计方案的可行性、操作的舒适性与体验、拆件方式的合理性、硬件排布的合理性、表面处理方式等诸多方面。这是设计研发环节中非常重要的部分，最终我们还会辅助客户对接模具等加工工厂，针对CMF给出整体解决方案，确保设计方案效果的有效落地。

At the same time, I also pay more attention to the value of products, creating valuable products or brands. Design must be from the perspective of users, rather than the decision-making team of partners.
Sketching design is an important part of the design and development process that the Jego design team has always been committed to. We will provide a large number of hand drawn sketch solutions for in-depth discussions with clients. At this stage, a comprehensive discussion will be conducted on the product positioning, user experience, functional layout, and basic molding methods. The sketch design process integrates DFM design concepts, and each sketch creative solution will meet basic manufacturing requirements.
JEWGOO Design will also provide extended services such as prototype production and packaging sampling to verify the feasibility of the design scheme, comfort and experience of operation, rationality of disassembly methods, rationality of hardware layout, surface treatment methods, and many other aspects. This is a very important part of the design and development process, and ultimately we will assist customers in connecting with mold and other processing factories, providing comprehensive guidance and solutions for CMF, to ensure the perfect implementation of the design plan effect.
